Terms & Conditions

Payment, warranty and returns terms that apply to all Macrotronix goods and services.

    All goods remain property of Macrotronix until fully paid.

    All parts carry 1 year return to base warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranties are not transferable & only apply to Macrotronix clients.

  3. 3

    Macrotronix shall repair goods that are returned faulty under warranty. A charge will apply for all returns which are found to be in working order.

  4. 4

    Macrotronix assumes no liability for any loss of data. It is the customer's responsibility to back up their data before each service.

  5. 5

    The warranty will not apply to products which Macrotronix determines to have been subject to misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration or damage.

  6. 6

    Removal or tampering of warranty label will nullify the warranty.

  7. 7

    Freight for the forward and return journey of warranty goods are to be arranged by the client, goods are to be sent back in their original packaging.
